Please feel free to call our toll-free number during working hours to ask any questions you may have about our products. Business hours are from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. GMT. Most orders placed before 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day.

Payments

All orders are accepted on the basis on payment within 10 days after shipment. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted via PayPal. Payment may be made from either invoice or end-of-month statement. Any invoice or other balance not paid within 30 days of billing date may be subject to 1-1/2% service charge per month.

Shipping

All Orders weighing less than 2 lbs. will be shipped via UPS-Second Day Air Service. Orders weighing more than 2 lbs. will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Next day air service is also available.

FREE SHIPPING:

On all orders of £150.00 or more paid through PayPal by M.C., Visa, AmEx, or Discover weighing 10 lbs. or less, we ship UPS ground at no charge.

Returns

Merchandise returns labels are available at your request. There is a 30-day return policy in effect, however, at anytime if you are dissatisfied with one of our products, please call one of our representatives to discuss your concerns.
